Hi there, my name is Karishma and I use she or they pronouns. I am here to listen to your story and be with you as you experience your life. I use a gentle, direct approach to increase your self-awareness, connect with your internal wisdom, and build your sense of agency in life. I work relationally with my clients, using humor, education, and deep compassion and curiosity to support healing and growth.
As a queer, person of color, first-generation citizen therapist, I provide deep understanding of sociopolitical and cultural experiences.
I refrain from any judgement no matter what; I am honored to work with individuals, couples, families, and children/teens and provide support while we, humans, are all on this journey called life. Together, we can carry your traumas, fears, and anxieties in holistic and traditional approaches.
Unfortunately at this time, I don't take insurance. I do work with clients who pay out of pocket.
