OFFICE IN OAKLAND, CA.
I work at the intersection of emotional healing, family systems, and real-world complexity. I’m an LMFT and a former attorney (inactive) offering holistic, neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy via telehealth to individuals, couples, co-parents and families throughout California.
My work is rooted in somatic and depth-oriented relational therapy, supporting people navigating life transitions, perinatal and reproductive experiences, anxiety, burnout, relationship rupture, separation and divorce, parenting and coparenting, and the ongoing work of identity and meaning-making. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist and former doula and breastfeeding educator, I bring a body-aware, compassionate lens to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and the emotional terrain of caregiving.
Because of my legal background, I’m especially well-suited to support clients involved in family court —an institution that can feel disorienting or overwhelming, particularly for neurodivergent individuals and families, and those still healing from past and ongoing relational abuse. I offer a steady, informed presence that bridges emotional processing with practical understanding, helping clients stay regulated, resourced, and connected to their own inner authority. My clinical work weaves somatic practices with psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, adapted to each person’s nervous system and lived experience. I have received extensive trainings around court-involved therapy, mediation and co-parenting.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a single mother to two imaginative and active tweens, nourished by time on trails, ancient myths and fairy tales, and relationships that honor curiosity, creativity, and difference. I believe healing happens when we are met as whole beings—and when our bodies, stories, and ways of knowing are all welcome.
