People who straddle multiple cultures are master adapters and problem solvers – you have superpowers! – but all that shapeshifting gets exhausting. You are probably sharply attuned to what others think you should do, but struggle to know what you actually want. Anxiety that you’re either not enough or too much gets in the way. You might long for deeper relationships, friends who know and love the real you. For “in between” peoples, it’s common to feel that you never fully belong anywhere.

I specialize in working with those living at the edges and intersections – BIPOC, immigrants, children of immigrants, individuals, couples and relationships of mixed ethnic or cultural backgrounds; survivors of trauma and individuals navigating religious trauma. I work with people going through transitions – shifting careers, moving through menopause, redefining identity. My practice is LGBTQIA affirming, rooted in reverence for your story, your body, and your becoming.

I'm an integral therapist working at the crossroads of body, mind, emotions and spirit – with deep respect for the cultural, social and ancestral landscapes that shape who we are. Together we will  explore what it means to reclaim parts of yourself that may have been left behind. Our work centers on finding and empowering your authentic voice , cultivating aliveness and self-trust, and creating more meaningful, connected relationships – within and around you.

My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been shaped by a rich tapestry of experiences. Before entering this field I worked in finance, diplomacy, yoga instruction, and arts management, with additional chapters in cooking, childcare, and translation. I've lived in four countries, navigating varied cultures, languages, and social landscapes. These transitions—across professions, geographies, and spheres of privilege—have taught me what it means to occupy liminal spaces. Moving through different racial, class, linguistic, socioeconomic, and immigration contexts has deepened my capacity to hold multiple perspectives. I've learned to remain grounded amid change, and to approach others with curiosity, flexibility and openness to complexity.

I offer therapy in Spanish, Portuguese and French.
