I come to this work through a kind of existential ache — alive with questions of meaning, belonging, and how to be human when old forms no longer hold. These questions continue to shape the way I accompany others — with curiosity, reverence for complexity, and care for what is uncertain and still becoming.

We begin with who you are, as you are. I don’t believe in fixing people, nor in clear paths forward. What I offer is presence — a spacious, collaborative way of being-with what is tender, tangled, or not yet fully known. There’s no pressure to be certain, articulate, or “okay.” Only permission to be with what is real — with openness to contradiction, complexity, and the questions that don’t always seek answers.

I’m an existential depth psychotherapist — drawn to the mysteries we live and the becoming in between. I often work with people exploring identity, grief, creativity, or ways of being that don’t fit neatly into categories. Many of those who resonate with this process are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, creative, spiritually curious, or in roles of holding space for others. They may feel deeply, think in expansive, nonlinear ways, and carry stories that have often been misunderstood, overlooked, or untold. Some have learned to navigate life by masking, accommodating, or holding too much alone — whether as a means of survival or as part of tending to others.

Therapy lives at the intersection of the relational and the political. We’re shaped by systems, stories, and histories that live in the room with us — and I’m committed to accessibility, mutual care, anti-oppression, and the ongoing work of tending to what harms. I move through the world as a queer, neurodivergent (AuDHD), non-binary (they/he), white-bodied person. These experiences inform how I offer care, particularly with those navigating the in-between spaces of identity, culture, or belonging.

Outside of therapy, I’m a musician, artist, and gardener — someone drawn to beauty in unlikely places, quiet moments, and the unruly edges of things. These rhythms remind me that presence can hold what does not yet make sense — and doesn’t have to.

If something here stirs or resonates, we can explore together what it might mean to begin.
